Yes, this is our lawn boy, our most current lawnmower as of yesterday. Nathan was very attached to the old ways of this boy and was reluctant to give him up. He's been able to repair odds and ends for the past few months when issues have cropped up. Our local ACE, I'm sure, has gotten a kick out of him coming in and ordering part for a lawn boy circa 1970.

Ta-Da... our new twin blade super-duper HONDA!
There she is, with a touch of red and her new owner.

I am told that the lawn boy pictured above is going down in the basement. Nathan wants to search for a new motor :) Another project to tinker on, thankfully smaller scale than a car or SUV + a new one mower is already on the premises. Nathan was upset to find out how heavy lawn mowers are, the safety features that he already wants to zip tie and sever, and a self propelling machine was not his style. You have to remember that he was able to whip the lightweight magnesium lawn boy around in any direction and remove 5,000 sticks in front of it while the motor stayed running. All stories of the past, but I am sure a happier lawn ahead.

If it is any comfort to Nathan- tell him that Malcolm can relate to the lawnmower struggles... Of course ours is a "lawn tractor" but none the less the dilemas of finding the perfect one for your needs is the same... Valerie & Malcolm
