The peach, ivory and yellow beauties are Ranunculus. These have always been a favorite of mine so I am glad to finally be growing them.
If it's not the deer it's a turkey!! I heard a weird rustling noise out front and when I went to check it out, I caught him red handed. I'm glad to finally have a snap shot of our yard friends so everyone in VA will start to believe my tall tales.

Ah, yes the wildlife, it is a never ending battle to keep the varmits out of the gardens...I've heard that shotguns workj well...lol

oh that's funny! lexi & i were just driving to the mall yesterday and we saw a wild turkey just like this one wandering around...
